ABOUT ME
I am currently a Senior at Southwestern University for a BA in Theatre and an English minor planning to graduate Fall of 2018. My primary focuses are costume technologies, scenic properties, and dramaturgy.
When I was in middle school my great grandmother taught me how to sew, and since then I have had a love for costume design and construction. I was involved in costume construction for theatre productions in high school, which is when I realized that was what I wanted to study in college.
I was a member of both my high school and dance teams and I developed a love of dance and movement, and excel at scenic painting. So whether I am hunched over a sewing machine, holding a paintbrush, or glued to my laptop doing research or writing a play, I am a perfectionist and pay obsessive attention to detail.
